The ground rules, in plain words.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using udaankipaathshala.org (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. About us

The Site is operated by Dream36 Foundation ("we", "us"), a registered trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, running the Udaan Ki Paathshala initiative in Delhi/NCR. Contact: contact@udaankipaathshala.org, Yadav Chaupal, Near Radhe Krishna Mandir, Chakkarpur, 122001.

3. Use of the Site

You may browse, share, and link to the Site freely. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt or overload it, scraping donor or beneficiary information, misrepresenting an affiliation with us, or using our content to mislead donors.

4. Donations

All donations are voluntary and made of your own free will. Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees and processed through Razorpay.

If you choose the “Monthly” option on the donation form, your payment today is processed as a one-time donation; we will contact you before setting up any recurring payment.

If anything about a transaction looks wrong — a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount — write to us at contact@udaankipaathshala.org with the payment reference and we will look into it.

5. 80G tax receipts

Dream36 Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, so eligible donations qualify for a tax deduction. Your receipt — which carries our 80G registration number — is emailed within 48 hours of a successful donation. Providing a valid PAN lets us issue a receipt you can use to claim the deduction.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, and design — is © Dream36 Foundation unless noted otherwise. You may share it for non-commercial purposes with credit; any other use needs our written permission. Photographs of beneficiaries may not be reused in any context.

7. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services — Razorpay for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics if enabled — and links to social platforms. Each is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep information accurate and current — impact figures, program details, dates — but we make no warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or financial advice; please consult your advisor about the deductibility of your donation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Dream36 Foundation will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the donation giving rise to it.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live at this page, with its “last updated” date shown above.
