For nearly two decades, Deepak Sharma has built a name in hospitality and event management across Delhi/NCR. Today, the catering company he built helps feed the children of Udaan Ki Paathshala — success, in his words, made meaningful by the value it creates for others.
The story
Deepak Sharma is an entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in hospitality and event management. In 2008 he founded D Star Hospitality Services, a company dedicated to delivering premium catering and event solutions to corporate and private clients. Over the years across Delhi/NCR, he built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.
In 2021, he established the Dream36 Foundation, under which he runs Udaan Ki Paathshala — a school in Village Chakkarpur, Gurugram — providing free education with meals to around 80–90 underprivileged children. Those meals are fully supported by D Star Hospitality Services, with help from the foundation's regular donors.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he personally organised daily hunger drives in slum areas — a commitment to community service that continues to this day. He believes success is meaningful only when it creates value for others, and strives to balance business growth with social responsibility.

The journey
Founded and scaled a full-service catering and event management business, executing high-profile corporate and private events across Delhi/NCR.
Through the pandemic, personally organised daily hunger drives in the slum communities of Gurugram and Manesar.
Established the Dream36 Foundation and launched Udaan Ki Paathshala at Yadav Chaupal in Village Chakkarpur, Gurugram — free education with meals for underprivileged children.
Educates and feeds 80–90 children daily, and oversees outreach, partnerships, and community development programmes.
